Albuquerque, NM – Serious Injuries in Wreck on Osuna Rd

Albuquerque, NM (December 21, 2024) – At least one person was hurt after a car wreck in the Albuquerque area on Friday, December 20. The collision occurred that afternoon around 3:57 p.m. at the 5505 block of Osuna Road NE. There were confirmed injuries at the scene, but the number and severity of the related damages have not been confirmed. 

The injured parties were treated by attending medical personnel. Those requiring further support were later hospitalized by ambulance. No updates on the conditions of the involved parties have been provided. The area was temporarily closed while emergency crews worked to clear the scene. Tow trucks were dispatched to remove the resulting debris and reopen the roadway to outside traffic. An ongoing investigation into the cause of the crash is in the hands of local law enforcement officials.
