Albuquerque, NM – Vehicle Collision Reported on Menaul Blvd NE

Albuquerque, NM (March 24, 2024) – A motor vehicle accident reported in the Albuquerque area on Friday ended in injuries. The Albuquerque Police Department and firefighters were called to the scene of the accident at around 11:45 p.m. on March 23.

Law enforcement reports show that a collision occurred on Menaul Boulevard Northeast in the Near North Valley neighborhood. Authorities responded to the scene and immediately closed off the roadway for a significant amount of time while clearing the road. Crews remained at the scene for nearly an hour. At least one person was injured in the crash and had to be transported by ambulance to a local hospital for emergency treatment. The accident is under investigation by the Albuquerque Police Department.
