Albuquerque, NM – Western Skies Dr & Central Ave Crash with Injuries

Albuquerque, NM (December 19, 2024) – On Wednesday, December 18, at least one person was hurt in the aftermath of a car crash in Albuquerque. The collision took place that night around 9:12 p.m. at the crossing of Western Skies Drive SE and Central Avenue NE. Emergency responders were quickly dispatched in order to provide aid to the injured parties. 

Ambulances were available to transport the injured parties to local hospitals for additional treatment. At this time, the severity and number of the resulting injuries have not been confirmed. The area was temporarily closed while emergency crews were present. Tow trucks were needed to clear the resulting debris and reopen the roadway to outside traffic. No updates on the conditions of the injured parties have been provided. Local law enforcement officials are handling the ongoing accident investigation.
