Albuquerque, NM – Woman Killed in Bicycle Crash at Carlisle Blvd & Delmar Ave
Albuquerque, NM (July 23, 2025) – There were fatal injuries reported after a vehicle collision involving a cyclist in Albuquerque on Tuesday, July 22. The deadly crash took place at the crossing of Carlisle Boulevard and Delmar Avenue that afternoon at around 2 p.m. Local reports revealed that a 19-year-old woman was riding a bike headed from east to west across Carlisle Boulevard when she was hit by an oncoming vehicle.
Emergency crews were quickly dispatched to the scene to provide the necessary aid. Despite life-saving support from attending medical personnel, the rider sustained fatal injuries and was later pronounced dead. The driver remained at the scene and cooperated with responding officials. The identity of the deceased victim has not yet been provided. An ongoing investigation into the cause of the fatal collision is being managed by local law enforcement officials.
