Cimarron, NM – Car Accident on US-64 Results in Injuries

Cimarron, NM (May 1, 2025) – On Wednesday, April 30, there were reported injuries after an auto accident outside of Cimarron. The collision took place late that night at around 5:22 p.m. on US-64 between mile markers 335 and 336. At least one person involved in the collision suffered injuries. 

At this time, the severity and number of the resulting injuries have not been confirmed. Emergency responders were sent to render aid to the crash victims. Those requiring additional treatment were later hospitalized for further treatment. No updates on the conditions of the involved parties have been provided. No further information on the crash is currently available. Local authorities are handling the ongoing investigation into the cause of the crash.
