Driving under the influence endangers everyone on the road. Government statistics show that New Mexico has one of the nation's highest rates of arrests for drinking-related offenses. A total of 10 000 people every year in America lose their lives in drunk driving crashes, and on average, a drunk driver causes a fatality every 52 minutes. You may be able to obtain compensation if you were hurt by a drunk driver in New Mexico.
