Albuquerque, NM (February 13, 2024) - On Tuesday, February 13, there were confirmed injuries following a serious auto accident in the Albuquerque area. The collision was reported early that morning at around 5:15 a.m. on Central Avenue between Altez Street and Parsifal Street. All lanes in both directions were shut down as a result of the crash.
At least one person involved in the crash was hurt. Emergency responders were quickly dispatched to provide aid to the involved parties. Those requiring further treatment were later transferred to a nearby hospital for additional support.
The circumstances leading to the accident have not been determined. The area was later reopened to outside traffic after tow trucks were able to remove the resulting debris. No further information is currently available. An ongoing investigation into the cause of the accident is in progress.
