Distracted Driving Crashes in New Mexico
When driving, everyone on the road needs to pay attention to the road. Unfortunately, a lot of drivers fail to do so. Distracted driving is starting to have a bigger impact in New Mexico and is causing more catastrophic collisions. Statistics show that each year in the United States, distracted driving causes over 3,000 fatalities and a large number of serious injuries. Many drivers in New Mexico openly admit to texting and driving behind the wheel. Even though driving can be dangerous at times, the risk increases when a motorist is distracted. Careless drivers should be held responsible in the event of a crash. This is usually only achievable if you pursue your claim with an experienced attorney’s help.
