Albuquerque, NM – 8th St & Stover Ave Injury Car Accident

Albuquerque, NM (September 23, 2024) – There were confirmed injuries following a car accident in Albuquerque early on Monday, September 23. At around 4 p.m., the collision was first reported at the corner of 8th Street SW and Stover Avenue NW. At least one person involved in the crash was reportedly injured. 

At this time, the number and severity of the resulting injuries have not been confirmed. Emergency crews were present to provide aid to the injured parties. Those requiring further treatment were later hospitalized by ambulance. The area was temporarily closed while emergency crews were present. Tow trucks were dispatched to clear the scene and to reopen the roadway to outside traffic. Local law enforcement officials are handling the ongoing investigation into the cause of the collision.
