Albuquerque, NM – Car Accident with Injuries at I-25 & Lead Ave

Albuquerque, NM (October 4, 2024) – There were reported injuries following a car accident in the Albuquerque area on Friday, October 4. The collision happened on Interstate 25 NB near Lead Avenue SE early that morning around 7:57 a.m. At least one person involved in the crash was hurt. 

At this time, the number and severity of the related damages have not been confirmed. Emergency crews were quickly dispatched to render aid to the involved parties. Those requiring further treatment were transported to a local hospital for further treatment. The roadway was temporarily closed while local authorities worked to clear the scene.
