Albuquerque, NM - Car Accident at I-25 & Jefferson St Causes Injury

Albuquerque, NM (December 2, 2024) - On Monday, December 2, there were confirmed injuries following a car crash in the Albuquerque area. The accident took place that morning around 6:52 a.m. on Interstate 25 SB near Jefferson Street NE. At least one person involved was hurt, and the crash victims were treated at the scene by attending medical personnel. 

Ambulances were present to transfer the crash victims to local hospitals for further treatment. The area was temporarily closed while emergency crews were present, and tow trucks were dispatched to clear the site of the resulting debris. No further information has been provided. An ongoing investigation into the cause of the crash is in progress.
