Albuquerque, NM - Fatal Injuries in Motorcycle Crash at 98th St & Rio Clara Ave

Albuquerque, NM (March 13, 2025) - Two people were killed after a vehicle collision in the Albuquerque area on Monday, March 10. The deadly crash took place at the corner of 98th Street and Rio Clara Avenue SW late that night at around 8:40 p.m. Local reports revealed that the crash involved a Honda Odyssey minivan and a motorcycle.

The driver of the Honda was reportedly stopped at a stop sign. Upon entering the intersection, the Odyssey was struck by a southbound motorcycle. Emergency crews were quickly dispatched to provide aid to the involved parties. Despite life-saving support from responding officials, both drivers sustained fatal injuries and were pronounced dead at the scene.
