Las Cruces, NM (November 19, 2025) – A woman riding a scooter suffered injuries Monday afternoon, November 17, after a vehicle struck her and fled the scene near North Valley Drive in Las Cruces. The collision occurred around 3:13 p.m., prompting an urgent response from emergency crews.

According to dispatch reports, the woman was traveling near North Valley when a white van with red lighting hit her and continued driving without stopping.

Paramedics transported her to Three Crosses Regional Hospital for further treatment. Details about the extent of her injuries have not been released.
