Innocent people continue to be harmed as a result of accidents caused by drivers who are drunk and those who are impaired by drugs.
- Recklessness: There are countless reckless actions that have devastating consequences on other drivers sharing the road. We see countless vehicle collisions take place as a result of motorists who pass stop signs or red lights at intersections, switch lanes in a careless manner, or even tailgate.
- Distracted driving: Drivers who are distracted are at an increased risk of crashing into other vehicles nearby. Unfortunately, distractions are one of the more common causes of vehicle collisions in our country. Each year, it is the cause of more than 450 vehicle collisions on our roadways.
