Albuquerque, NM – At Least One Hurt in Collision at Montano Rd & I-25

Albuquerque, NM (October 14, 2024) – A serious car accident in Albuquerque on Monday, October 14, required support from local paramedics. The collision occurred at the crossing of Montano Road NE and Interstate 25 SB that afternoon around 12:57 p.m. At least one person involved in the crash sustained undisclosed injuries.

Attending medical personnel immediately helped the injured parties and later transferred them to nearby hospitals for additional care. At this time, the number and severity of the related damages have not been confirmed. The roadway was temporarily closed while emergency crews were present. Tow trucks were dispatched to clear the scene in order to remove the resulting debris and reopen the roadway. An ongoing investigation into the cause of the crash is in progress, and more information will be provided as it continues.
