Albuquerque, NM – At Least One Hurt in Crash at I-40 & Carlisle Blvd

Albuquerque, NM (December 6, 2023) – On Tuesday, December 5, there were confirmed injuries following an auto accident in the Albuquerque area. The crash occurred late that night at around 5:57 p.m. on Interstate 40 WB near Carlisle Boulevard. At least one person involved in the collision was hurt, and emergency responders were dispatched to render aid to the crash victims. 

At this time, the severity and the number of the resulting injuries have not been confirmed. The roadway was closed while emergency crews were present, and tow trucks were later dispatched in order to clear the site and reopen the road to outside traffic. No additional information on the crash is available. Local authorities are handling the ongoing accident investigation.
