Albuquerque, NM – At Least One Hurt in Crash at Utah St & Lomas Blvd

Albuquerque, NM (June 26, 2024) – On Wednesday, June 26, there were reported injuries following a traffic accident in the Albuquerque area. The collision occurred that afternoon around 4:18 p.m. at the corner of Utah Street NE and Lomas Boulevard NE. At least one person involved suffered injuries. 

Emergency crews were quickly dispatched to provide the necessary aid. The injured parties were treated by attending medical personnel, and those requiring additional treatment were later hospitalized for treatment. The severity and number of the resulting injuries have not been determined. The area was temporarily closed while emergency crews were present. Tow trucks were needed to clear the site of the resulting wreckage and other debris. Local authorities are handling the ongoing accident into the cause of the crash, and more updates will be released as the investigation continues.
