Albuquerque, NM – At Least One Injured in Car Accident on 4th St

Albuquerque, NM (August 22, 2024) – There were confirmed injuries in the aftermath of a collision in the Albuquerque area on Wednesday, August 21. The accident was first reported at around 10:26 p.m. at the 2001 block of 4th Street SW. At least one person at the scene was injured, and the injured parties were treated by attending medical personnel. 

The circumstances leading to the crash have not yet been determined. The crash victims were later transferred to local hospitals for further treatment. The number of injured parties has not been confirmed at this time. The area was temporarily closed while emergency crews were present, and tow trucks were needed to clear the site of the resulting debris and reopen the road to outside traffic.
