Albuquerque, NM – At Least One Injured in Crash on Carlos Rey Cir

Albuquerque, NM (July 24, 2024) – At least one person suffered injuries in the aftermath of a traffic accident in Albuquerque on Tuesday, July 23. Emergency crews were dispatched to the crash site at the 5920 block of Carlos Rey Circle SW that evening, around 10:26 p.m. There were confirmed injuries, but the severity of the related damages has not been confirmed. 

The injured parties were treated by attending paramedics. Those requiring further treatment were later hospitalized by ambulance. The circumstances leading to the collision have not yet been determined. The resulting debris caused the roadway to be closed for several hours, and tow trucks were needed to clear the site. No additional information on the crash is currently available. Local authorities are handling the ongoing investigation into the cause of the collision, and more updates will be provided as the inquiry continues.
