Albuquerque, NM – Auto Accident on Lomas Blvd Results in Injuries

Albuquerque, NM (October 6, 2024) – At least one person suffered injuries following a car crash in the Albuquerque area on Saturday, October 5. The accident occurred at the intersection of Lomas Boulevard NE and University Boulevard NE that night around 8:10 p.m. Emergency crews were quickly dispatched to the scene to render aid to the involved parties, and those requiring additional support were later hospitalized. 

The severity and number of the resulting injuries have not been determined. The circumstances leading to the crash were not included in the initial reports. The roadway was temporarily closed while emergency responders were present. Tow trucks were needed to clear the site of the resulting debris and reopen the area to outside traffic.
