Albuquerque, NM - Auto Accident Results in Injuries on I-40 near 98th St

Albuquerque, NM (April 23, 2023) - A major car crash happened on a roadway in Albuquerque on the morning of April 21. At around 8:35 a.m., emergency responders were dispatched to the scene of the crash on Interstate 40. 

Emergency crews, including EMTs, police, and firefighters, were seen helping at the crash site shortly after it happened. What led to the incident is still being investigated by local police at this time.

At least one injured person was transported by ambulance to a nearby hospital. Their identity has not currently been reported. 

Authorities in Albuquerque continue to investigate the circumstances of the crash.
