Albuquerque, NM – Candelaria Rd Car Wreck Causes Injuries

Albuquerque, NM (October 22, 2024) – At least one person was injured following a traffic accident in Albuquerque on Tuesday, October 22. The crash took place at the 1812 block of Candelaria Road NW early that morning around 9:57 a.m. There were confirmed injuries at the scene, but the extent and number of the resulting damages have not been determined. 

Emergency responders were quickly dispatched to render aid to the involved parties and transport those with injuries to nearby medical facilities. The roadway was temporarily closed due to the collision. Tow trucks were later dispatched in order to clear the scene and reopen the area to outside traffic. At this time, no updates on the conditions of the involved parties have been provided. The circumstances leading to the crash have not been determined, but local authorities are handling the ongoing accident investigation.
