New Mexico High-Speed Collisions
New Mexico drivers have a reputation for operating cars recklessly. According to statistical data, driving under the influence, driving while distracted, and speeding are the main reasons for severe collisions in the state. Speeding is particularly prevalent on the state’s roadways. Every year, over 10,000 people nationwide lose their lives in high-speed collisions, resulting in approximately 33 deaths daily due to speeding drivers. Speeding increases stopping distance and greatly reduces a driver’s ability to control their vehicle, two potentially fatal combo factors that have led to several fatal crashes in New Mexico. Following a serious collision, injured parties should pursue a claim for compensation in collaboration with an experienced attorney to achieve a full recovery.
You need to be sure that you partner with an Albuquerque car crash lawyer as soon as possible to maximize your recovery after a serious car accident.
