Albuquerque, NM – Car Accident Ends in Injuries at Washington St & Joe Dan Pl

Albuquerque, NM (June 15, 2024) – On Saturday, June 15, there were serious injuries reported in the aftermath of an auto accident in the Albuquerque area. The crash occurred at the corner of Washington Street NE and Joe Dan Place NE early that morning, around 10:34 a.m. At least one person involved in the collision was injured. 

At this time, the severity and number of the resulting injuries have not been determined. The injured parties were treated by attending medical personnel before being transferred to a local hospital by ambulance for additional support. The area was temporarily closed while local authorities worked to clear the scene. Tow trucks were needed to remove the resulting wreckage and other debris in order to reopen the area to outside traffic. No further information on the accident is currently available.
