Albuquerque, NM - Car Crash at I-25 & Montano Rd Results in Injuries

Albuquerque, NM (Decmber 1, 2024) - On Saturday, November 30, there were reported injuries after a car crash in the Albuquerque area. The collision took place that afternoon around 4:36 p.m. on Interstate 25 SB near Montano Road NE. At least one person involved was hurt, and emergency responders were dispatched to render aid to the involved parties. 

The severity and number of the resulting injuries have not yet been determined. The roadway was temporarily closed while emergency crews were present, and tow trucks were dispatched to clear the site of the resulting debris and reopen the road. No further information has been provided at this time. An ongoing investigation into the cause of the collision is in progress.
