Albuquerque, NM – Car Crash Ends in Injuries at Gibson Blvd & I-25

Albuquerque, NM (December 5, 2023) – On Monday, December 4, there were reported injuries after a car crash in the Albuquerque area. The collision took place that afternoon at around 2:56 p.m. at the intersection of Gibson Boulevard and Interstate 25 SB. At least one person involved was hurt, and emergency responders were dispatched to render aid to the involved parties. 

The severity and number of the resulting injuries have not yet been determined. The roadway was temporarily closed while emergency crews were present, and tow trucks were dispatched to clear the site of the resulting debris and reopen the road. No further information has been provided at this time. An ongoing investigation into the cause of the collision is in progress.
