Albuquerque, NM – Car Wreck Ends in Injuries at Central Ave & Victory Ln
Albuquerque, NM (June 24, 2024) – At least one person was hurt in the aftermath of an auto accident in the Albuquerque area on Sunday, June 23. The incident took place at the corner of Central Avenue NW and Victory Lane SW late that night around 10:18 p.m. There were confirmed injuries at the scene, but the number and severity of the resulting injuries have not been determined at this time.
Emergency crews were rushed to the scene to aid the involved parties. The crash victims were treated by attending medical personnel before being transferred to a nearby hospital by ambulance for additional support. The area was temporarily closed while emergency crews were present. Tow trucks were needed to remove the resulting wreckage and other debris to reopen the road to outside traffic. An ongoing investigation into the cause of the incident is being managed by local law enforcement officials.
