Albuquerque, NM – Car Wreck Ends in Injuries at I-40 & Carlisle Blvd
Albuquerque, NM (March 13, 2024) – There were confirmed injuries in the aftermath of a serious collision in the Albuquerque area on Wednesday, March 13. The accident was first reported early that morning at around 7:49 a.m. on Interstate 40 WB near Carlisle Boulevard. At least one person involved suffered injuries, and emergency responders were quickly dispatched to render aid to the involved parties. Ambulances were used to transport the crash victims to local hospitals for further treatment.
The severity of the resulting injuries has not yet been determined. The roadway was closed until tow trucks were able to remove the resulting debris and reopen the road to outside traffic.
