Albuquerque, NM – Car Wreck Ends in Injuries at I-40 & Carlisle Blvd

Albuquerque, NM (July 28, 2024) – On Sunday, July 28, there were reported injuries following a serious crash in the Albuquerque area. The accident was reported on Interstate 40 EB, near Carlisle Boulevard NE, early that morning, around 2:19 a.m. Emergency responders were dispatched to provide aid to the involved parties. 

At least one person involved in the crash was hurt in the collision. At this time, the severity and number of the related injuries have not been determined. The crash victims were treated at the scene by attending medical personnel. Ambulances were available to transport the injured parties to local hospitals for further support. No updates on the conditions of the involved parties have been provided. An ongoing investigation into the cause of the crash is in the hands of local law enforcement officials.
