Albuquerque, NM – Car Wreck with Injuries at Bluewater Rd & Coors Blvd

Albuquerque, NM (February 29, 2024) – On Wednesday, February 28, at least one person suffered injuries following a traffic accident in the Albuquerque area. That night at around 8:51 p.m., the accident was first reported at the crossing of Bluewater Road NW and Coors Boulevard NW. The injured parties were treated by attending paramedics before being transferred to local hospitals for further aid. 

The roadway was closed while emergency crews were present, and tow trucks were later needed to remove the resulting debris and reopen the area to outside traffic. The circumstances leading to the collision have not been determined. The severity and number of the related injuries have not been determined. 

No updates on the conditions of the crash victims have been provided. No additional information on the accident is currently available.
