Albuquerque, NM - Car Wreck with Injuries at I-40 & Atrisco Vista Blvd

Albuquerque, NM (November 14, 2024) - At least one person was hurt following a traffic accident in Albuquerque on Thursday, November 14. The collision took place early that morning around 10:17 a.m. on Interstate 40 WB near Atrisco Vista Boulevard NWE. There were confirmed injuries at the scene, and emergency responders were rushed to the crash site to render the necessary medical aid. 

The severity of the resulting injuries was not immediately provided, and it is still unknown how many people were involved in the accident. Those requiring additional treatment were later hospitalized after being provided aid by attending paramedics. No additional information on the crash has been provided at this time. Local law enforcement officials are handling the ongoing crash investigation.
