Albuquerque, NM – Central Ave NE Crash Ends in Injuries

Albuquerque, NM (December 23, 2023) – The Albuquerque Police Department confirmed that at least one person was injured as a result of an automobile accident that occurred on Friday, December 22, in Albuquerque.

At approximately 5:40 p.m., emergency officials were notified that they were needed at the scene of a crash on Central Avenue Northeast. The incident prompted in expanded traffic collision response as emergency crews remained at the scene extensively while assisting. At least one of the people involved in the crash sustained injuries. Emergency medical services personnel responded to the site of the crash to provide care to the injured victims. Those who required further medical attention were transported by ambulance to area medical facilities. The Albuquerque Police Department is currently investigating the accident.
