Albuquerque, NM – Collision at Central Ave & Wyoming Blvd Causes Injury

Albuquerque, NM (February 2, 2025) – At least one person sustained injuries in the aftermath of a car crash in the Albuquerque area on Saturday, February 1. At around 4:30 p.m., the collision was reported at the intersection of Central Avenue NE and Wyoming Boulevard NE. The extent and number of the related injuries have not yet been disclosed. 

Emergency crews were quickly dispatched to the scene to aid the involved parties. Those requiring further treatment were later hospitalized by ambulance. The area was temporarily closed while paramedics and local authorities were present, and tow trucks were needed to clear the site of the resulting debris and reopen the roadway to outside traffic. Local authorities are handling the ongoing investigation into the cause of the crash.
