Albuquerque, NM – Collision with Injuries at I-40 & University Blvd

Albuquerque, NM (November 27, 2024) – At least one person sustained injuries following a crash in Albuquerque on Tuesday, November 26. That afternoon around 8:36 p.m., the accident was first reported on Interstate 40 WB near University Boulevard NE. There were confirmed injuries at the scene, but the severity and extent of the resulting injuries have not been determined. 

Paramedics were present to provide aid to the involved parties. The crash victims were later transferred to a local hospital for additional treatment. The roadway was temporarily closed while emergency crews were present, and tow trucks were sent to clear the resulting debris and reopen the roadway.
