Albuquerque, NM – Comanche Rd & San Mateo Blvd Car Wreck with Injuries

Albuquerque, NM (January 26, 2025) – There were confirmed injuries resulting from a vehicle collision in the Albuquerque area on Friday morning, January 26. At around 7:01 a.m., emergency responders were dispatched to the crash site at the corner of Comanche Road NE and San Mateo Boulevard NE. At least one person involved in the collision was hurt. 

At this time, the severity and number of the related injuries have not been confirmed. The injured parties were provided aid by attending medical personnel. Ambulances were available to transport the crash victims to local hospitals for further support. 

The roadway was temporarily closed as emergency responders were present. Tow trucks were later dispatched to clear the resulting debris and reopen the area to outside traffic. An ongoing investigation into the cause of the crash is in the hands of local law enforcement officials.
