New Mexico Car Wrecks
Car crashes are the leading cause of death and serious injury for New Mexico residents, and the state has a high rate of fatal vehicle collisions. This may be partly due to the fact that the state is home to some of the worst drivers in the country. Unfortunately, the state’s roads are only becoming more dangerous with each passing year. 2021 was one of the deadliest years on New Mexico roadways in nearly 30 years. The number of fatal crashes increased to 470 in 2021 from just 425 a couple of years prior. It is important that crash victims are prepared to take immediate action in order to protect themselves and their legal rights in the event of a life-changing vehicle collision.
