Albuquerque, NM – Critical Injuries in Pedestrian Accident at Aztec Rd & Carlisle Blvd

Albuquerque, NM (December 28, 2023) – On Wednesday, December 27, a pedestrian was seriously hurt after a traffic accident in the Albuquerque area. The accident was reported at the 3319 block of Carlisle Boulevard near Aztec Road at around 6:45 p.m. A pedestrian was walking along the roadway when they were hit by an oncoming motorist. 

The injured party was transported to a local hospital in critical condition. The area was temporarily closed while emergency crews were present. Authorities advised local motorists to avoid the site while paramedics were present. The area was later cleared and reopened to outside traffic some hours later. No additional information is currently available.
