Albuquerque, NM – Expanded Traffic Crash at Atrisco Vista Blvd & Central Ave

Albuquerque, NM (January 20, 2025) – At least one person sustained injuries following a car crash in the Albuquerque area on Sunday, January 19. That morning around 12:06 a.m., the collision was first reported at the corner of Atrisco Vista Boulevard NW and Central Avenue NW. There were confirmed injuries at the scene, but the extent of the related damages has not been determined. 

The injured parties were aided by attending medical personnel before being transferred to local hospitals for further support. The vehicles involved in the crash sustained significant damage. The area was temporarily closed until tow trucks were able to remove the resulting debris. At this time, no updates on the conditions of the involved parties have been provided. Local authorities are handling the ongoing accident investigation.
