New Mexico High-Speed Collisions
There is a history of speeding on New Mexican roads. Unfortunately, sharing the road with a speeding driver puts everyone else at risk. When a motorist speeds, they are less able to keep control of their car and stop it in time to avoid potentially fatal crashes. Every year, speed-related collisions claim the lives of tens of thousands of American citizens. Speeding drivers are responsible for about 25 percent of all traffic deaths in New Mexico, according to the latest crash statistics. We should hold drivers accountable for their actions when they choose to exceed the speed limit and cause a serious collision. This is often only possible by pursuing a personal injury claim with the help of a skilled legal team.
