Albuquerque, NM – I-25 Crash at Frontage Rd Ends in Injuries

Albuquerque, NM (November 19, 2023) – At least one victim sustained injuries in an automobile accident that occurred in the Albuquerque area on Friday afternoon. At around 3:40 p.m. on November 17, officers with the Albuquerque Police Department were requested to help out at the scene of an automobile accident that took place on Interstate 25.

According to law enforcement reports, vehicles collided on the southbound side of the interstate. The incident caused delays near Frontage Road Northeast as emergency crews worked to remove the involved vehicles from the scene. Emergency medical service personnel responded to care for injured victims. An unknown number of people were transported by ambulance to local hospitals following the crash for emergency care. The incident is currently being investigated.
