Albuquerque, NM – I-25 & Jefferson St Crash Ends in Injuries

Albuquerque, NM (September 23, 2024) – A serious auto accident in the Albuquerque area on Sunday, September 22, required support from local paramedics. The crash occurred that night around 6:41 p.m. on Interstate 25 SB near Jefferson Street NE. There were confirmed injuries at the scene, and emergency units were dispatched to render the necessary medical aid. 

The crash victims were later transferred to nearby hospitals for further treatment. At this time, the circumstances leading to the accident have not been determined. The roadway was temporarily closed until tow trucks were able to clear the resulting debris and reopen the area to outside traffic. The severity and number of the related injuries have not been determined. No updates on the conditions of the involved parties have been provided at this time.
