Albuquerque, NM – Injuries in Auto Accident at Central Ave & 102nd St

Albuquerque, NM (November 1, 2024) – On Thursday, October 31, at least one person was hurt following a car accident in the Albuquerque area. Paramedics were sent to the scene that night around 10:06 p.m. at the intersection of Central Avenue NW and 102nd Street SW. There were confirmed injuries at the scene, but the extent of the resulting injuries has not been determined. 

Emergency crews were present to provide aid to the involved parties. Those requiring treatment were later transferred to nearby hospitals by ambulance. No updates on the conditions of the involved parties have been provided. The circumstances leading to the crash are not currently available. Local authorities advised local motorists to avoid the scene and to prepare for delays while emergency crews were present. Local law enforcement officials are handling the ongoing accident investigation.
