Albuquerque, NM – Injuries in Auto Accident at I-40 & I-25
Albuquerque, NM (September 20, 2024) – On Friday, September 20, there were reported injuries after a car accident in the Albuquerque area. The collision took place at around 8:48 a.m. on Interstate 40 WB near Interstate 25 NB. Emergency responders were quickly dispatched to provide aid to the involved parties.
At least one person involved in the collision was hurt. At this time, the severity and number of the related damages have not been determined. The injured parties were treated at the scene before being transferred to a local hospital for additional treatment. The roadway was temporarily closed while emergency crews were present. Tow trucks were later dispatched to clear the area and reopen the road to outside traffic. An ongoing investigation into the cause of the accident is in progress.
