Albuquerque, NM – Injuries in Car Accident at 2nd St & Copper Ave

Albuquerque, NM (July 28, 2024) – On Sunday, July 28, there were reported injuries following a traffic accident in the Albuquerque area. The crash occurred that night, around 12:47 p.m., at the crossing of 2nd Street NW and Copper Avenue NW. At least one person involved in the crash sustained injuries. 

At this time, the severity and number of the resulting injuries have not been determined. Emergency crews were dispatched to provide aid to the involved parties. Those requiring further treatment were later hospitalized by ambulance. The circumstances leading to the collision have not yet been determined. No updates on the conditions of the crash victims are currently available. An ongoing investigation into the cause of the crash is in the hands of local law enforcement officials.
