Albuquerque, NM – Injuries in Car Accident at I-25 & Montano Rd

Albuquerque, NM (October 3, 2024) – At least one person was hurt in the aftermath of a vehicle collision in Albuquerque on Wednesday, October 2. Emergency crews were sent to the scene on Interstate 25 SB near Montano Road NE that evening around 10:41 p.m. The injured parties were aided by attending paramedics before being transferred to local hospitals by ambulance.

At this time, the extent of the resulting injuries has not been determined, and the number of people involved in the crash is still unknown. The area was temporarily closed while emergency crews were present, and tow trucks were needed to clear the site of the resulting debris and reopen the roadway.
