Albuquerque, NM – Injuries in Collision at I-25 & Paseo Del Norte

Albuquerque, NM (August 8, 2024) – On Thursday, August 8, at least one person sustained injuries in the aftermath of an auto accident in the Albuquerque area. The collision occurred early that morning, around 7:53 a.m., on Interstate 25 SB near Paseo Del Norte. Emergency responders were quickly dispatched to provide the necessary medical aid to the crash victims. 

There were confirmed injuries at the scene, but the extent of the resulting damages has not been confirmed. The area was temporarily closed as emergency crews provided aid at the scene. Ambulances were available to transport the injured parties to local hospitals for additional support. The area was later reopened after tow trucks were able to remove the resulting wreckage. No additional information on the accident has been provided at this time. An ongoing investigation into the cause of the crash is being managed by local law enforcement officials.
