Albuquerque, NM – Injuries in Wreck at I-25 & Ave Cesar Chavez

Albuquerque, NM (October 28, 2024) – At least one person suffered injuries following a car crash on Monday, October 28, in the Albuquerque area. That morning around 9:28 a.m., two or more vehicles collided on Interstate 25 NB off-ramp near Avenida Cesar Chavez SE. The injured parties were treated by attending medical personnel, and those requiring further treatment were later hospitalized by ambulance. 

There were confirmed injuries at the scene, but the severity and number of resulting injuries have not been determined. The area was temporarily closed while emergency crews were present, and tow trucks were needed to remove the resulting wreckage and other debris. No updates on the conditions of the crash victims have been provided.
