Albuquerque, NM – Injuries in Wreck at I-25 & Paseo Del Norte

Albuquerque, NM (December 5, 2024) – At least one person suffered injuries in the aftermath of an auto accident in the Albuquerque area on Wednesday, December 5. At around 5:28 p.m., emergency responders were dispatched to the scene on Interstate 25 NB near Paseo Del Norte NE. The injured parties were treated by attending medical personnel before being transferred by ambulance to local hospitals. 

The roadway was temporarily closed while emergency crews were present. Tow trucks were needed to clear the resulting debris and reopen the road to outside traffic. No updates on the accident are currently available. An ongoing investigation into the cause of the accident is being managed by local law enforcement officials, and more updates will be released as it continues.
