Albuquerque, NM – Injury Car Accident at Montano Rd & I-25

Albuquerque, NM (August 23, 2024) – On Thursday, August 22, there were reported injuries after a car crash in the Albuquerque area. The accident was reported at around 4:29 p.m. at the crossing of Montano Road NE and Interstate 25 SB. At least one person involved in the crash sustained injuries, and emergency crews were dispatched to provide aid to the involved parties. Those with injuries were transported to area hospitals for further care. 

The area was temporarily closed while emergency responders were present. Tow trucks were needed to clear the site of the resulting debris and reopen the roadway to outside traffic.
