Albuquerque, NM – Injury Car Accident on Central Ave

Albuquerque, NM (July 29, 2024) – A serious auto accident in Albuquerque on Sunday, July 29, required support from local emergency units. That evening around 10:49 p.m., the crash was first reported at the 6810 block of Central Avenue SW. There were confirmed injuries at the scene, and the involved parties were provided immediate medical aid by attending paramedics. 

Those requiring further support were later transferred to nearby hospitals by ambulance. No updates on the conditions of the crash victims have been provided at this time. The roadway was temporarily closed as emergency crews and local authorities worked to clear the scene. The area was later reopened to outside traffic after tow trucks were able to remove the wreckage and other resulting debris. No additional updates are currently available. An ongoing investigation into the cause of the crash is being handled by local law enforcement.
